"The Real Crime"
Should a doctor be granted immunity from malpractice if he misdiagnoses an illness that ultimately results in the death of a child? Would we sit quietly by and ignore it if that child happened to be one of our own? Well, that's what we are allowing with Berks County Children and Youth Services. Their misuse and abuse of government POWER is resulting in the destruction of our families and the deaths of our children because this agency has been given immunity from all accountability to their actions! Legal malpractice! What are we, the parents, going to do about it? Don't be fooled when they tell you “our primary goal is reunification of the family" PARENTS: We MUST fight back! We must ELIMINATE the immunity issue and take our RIGHTS as PARENTS back! If you are a parent who has been victimized by this agency; if you have been stripped of your rights and threatened with the permanent loss of your child if you do not surrender control of your life to this agency, I invite you to contact me. You are not alone. This agency and many other Child Protective Service agencies are operating above the law and will continue to operate above the law until parents join hands and take a stand! Every constitutional right parents and children have is being violated by the Child Protective Service system. They are systematically disabling and/or killing our children! These agencies are administering psychotropic drugs to our children that are not approved by the FDA for use in children - drugs that are mind-altering and can even be fatal to our children; drugs that promote and increase the risk of aggressive and/or psychotic behavior, and they are claiming the parents are to blame for these 'so called' mental and behavioral disorders. These drugs, when administered over a period of time, can do irreversible damage to our children, permanently rendering them incapable of functioning, even in later years as adults, in any kind of normal capacity. It has also been discovered that some of these drugs have been directly linked to suicidal children! These drugs promote and increase suicidal tendencies! They are using our children to 'test' the effects of these drugs regularly, putting their very lives at risk! This cannot be allowed to continue! No one has the right to take our children! No one has the right to control our lives! No one has the right to put our children's lives at risk! No one has the right to take away our rights! There IS a light at the end of the tunnel - and no, it's not freight train coming to run you over! I've been where you are! I’m here to help – whatever it takes. If I can help save one family, one Mother or Dad, one child from the Hell this agency has put my children through and put me through - in my heart of hearts I could know that something good came out of it!
